Terms of Service

The service

FF Matchup (https://ffmatchup.com) is operated by Peak Summit Ventures LLC(“we,” “us,” the “Company”). We provide fantasy football start/sit recommendations and a public track record of those recommendations. The service is provided as-is for informational and entertainment purposes only. By using FF Matchupyou agree to these Terms.

No guarantees

Start/sit calls are probabilistic; even a well-calibrated model is wrong sometimes. Nothing on FF Matchup is a guarantee of fantasy performance. Use our recommendations alongside your own judgment.

FF Matchup is a fantasy-sports research tool, not a betting or gambling service, and nothing here is betting, gambling, investment, or financial advice. Past performance shown in our track record does not guarantee future results.

We display our historical accuracy (the track record) honestly and point-in-time: calls are graded against what happened after the call was made, not after the fact. We do not selectively report only successful calls.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated access beyond personal use, fraud).

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Edge (the Season Pass) is an annual subscription billed at $19.99 per year via Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize Peak Summit Ventures LLC to charge your payment method, and your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We will charge the renewal on or around your annual renewal date.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, email us within 30 days at hello@ffmatchup.com and we will make it right.

Third-party data

Roster and scoring data is sourced from the Sleeper public API. NFL game data is sourced from public sports data providers. We are not affiliated with the NFL, Sleeper, or any NFL team.

Limitation of liability

FF Matchup is not liable for fantasy league losses, decisions made based on our recommendations, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to FF Matchup or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible.

Class-action waiver. You and Peak Summit Ventures LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@ffmatchup.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of FF Matchup after a terms change means you accept the updated terms.
