Who we are

FF Matchup is operated by Peak Summit Ventures LLC, the data controller for the information described below. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: hello@ffmatchup.com.

What we collect

Email address. If you sign up, we store your email to send you a magic-link login. We do not share your email with third parties or send marketing without consent.

Sleeper connection. When you connect a Sleeper account, we read your public roster and league data from the Sleeper public API (unauthenticated, read-only). We do not store your Sleeper username or password. We cache roster data locally in your browser (localStorage) so the page loads fast. Clearing site data removes it immediately.

Usage analytics. We use PostHog (US Cloud) with IP anonymization enabled, no third-party cookies, and masked personal fields. Analytics help us understand which features are working; they are not sold or shared. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

Purchase data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a webhook confirming your plan change but never see your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not store fantasy scores, lineups, or league results on our servers. All Sleeper data stays in your browser.
• We do not share your email with advertisers.
• We are not affiliated with the NFL, Sleeper, or any team.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (set by Supabase) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@ffmatchup.com. We will remove your account within 30 days. Clearing browser storage (localStorage) removes your Sleeper roster cache without contacting us.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email hello@ffmatchup.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of FF Matchup after a policy change means you accept the new terms.
